再加入馬鈴薯700克(切塊)乾炒、滷肉醬油100毫升、水500毫升，紅蘿蔔100克(切塊)(蔥、薑少許)放入電鍋
電鍋外鍋加700毫升的水，燉煮約70分鐘
● 適合牛羊雞滷製等料理(建議加入滷包，風味更佳)
