The dried sweet-scented osmanthus that has passed the pesticide residue test is selected, and the stems and branches are removed by hand, and then placed in the sun to remove moisture. Use the ancient method to fry slowly over low heat, then add in wood-fired malt, rock sugar, and longan honey, stir and cook for at least 8 hours. The dried osmanthus will float above the osmanthus brew due to its reduced weight, which not only allows the aroma to be fully integrated into the osmanthus brew, but also avoids the bitterness produced by mixing honey for too long.

How to eat:

• Directly brew with slightly hot warm water, the aroma of sweet-scented osmanthus will be released after being stuffy for about 2 to 3 minutes. At this time, add some lemon and ice cubes, and it will become a drink with sweet and sour floral fragrance in summer, which can be adjusted according to personal taste.
• Add to drinks, tea, can also be used as jam, baking ingredients to add flavor
• Brew with hot water, simmer for 2~3 minutes, the sweet-scented osmanthus is more fragrant
• Avoid using cold water, because adding wood to burn malt, cold water is not easy to stir evenly
• If you want to make a cold drink , first brew with a little hot water, then add your favorite drink
